Whispering Pines Smoke Company is heading to Perth Brewery on July 25th for a one-day pop-up serving authentic offset smoked barbecue starting at 12PM until sold out. Expect slow-smoked brisket, ribs, pulled pork, house-made sides, and desserts crafted fresh for the day. Everything is cooked low and slow over wood fire in true Texas-style fashion. There will also be live music throughout the event, cold craft beer, and a laid-back summer atmosphere. Quantities are limited and once we’re sold out, we’re sold out — come early.
